Using Cinema to dissect reality

IN PRODUTION

At the Marché du Film, we present two Brazilian features

We arrive at the Marché du Film in Cannes with two Brazilian film projects that hold strong international potential. More than just a showcase, the event is an opportunity to engage with fellow filmmakers, strengthen ties with industry professionals, and forge strategic partnerships to expand the global reach of our work.

Torniquete (Suture) was selected for the Brazilian Competitive Section of the 14th Olhar de Cinema – Curitiba International Film Festival. Starring Marieta Severo, Sali Cimi, Renata Grazzini, and Analú Arreguï, the film follows a multi-generational, all-female family of three deal with the aftershock of another traumatic home invasion by revisiting the past, reclaiming the future, and repairing all wounds. Tropicana, our upcoming fiction feature currently in development, is set in the vibrant Miami of the 1990s. Lori (23) immigrated to Miami in 1993 with the dream of earning a green card through singing. To support her daughter Jade (4), she agreed to dance at a steakhouse. One day, a bad decision separates mother and daughter and puts them both in danger.
